01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and jjj7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jjj7 gaming platform accessible at jjj7.pro and all related subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").

Your access to and use of jjj7 services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Service.

jjj7 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the jjj7 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The jjj7 platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jjj7 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and will verify the age of players through its KYC process.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jjj7 Service is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jjj7 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. jjj7 shall not be liable for any breach of local laws by a Player accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full range of jjj7 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jjj7 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. jjj7 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jjj7 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or voter's ID)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered mobile number)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification dated within the last three months)
• Selfie with the submitted identification document, if requested by jjj7's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jjj7 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, closure of the account.

03 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjj7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jjj7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify jjj7's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. jjj7 reserves the right to suspend any account suspected of unauthorized access pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to jjj7 during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false name, or false payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjj7 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven OTC payment (deposits only), and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jjj7's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to the player's jjj7 wallet balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect during banking hours. jjj7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to any withdrawal being processed
• Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where jjj7 approves an alternative at its discretion
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request submission
• GCash and Maya withdrawals approved during operating hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight PST) are processed within five (5) minutes of approval
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in the recipient account

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jjj7 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by jjj7 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time each promotion is offered. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of any associated winnings is permitted
• Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms; certain games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied
• jjj7 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and void associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is detected

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jjj7 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings voided.

5.3 Modification of Promotions

jjj7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where already accepted by a Player under terms that specify a fixed end date. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes to that promotion's terms via their registered contact details.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All slot games, virtual table games, and other RNG-based titles available on jjj7 operate using certified Random Number Generator technology. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game providers using real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time. Game rules specific to each live table are available within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be resolved per the relevant game provider's disconnection policy, which is the sole responsibility of the game provider. jjj7 will not reverse a live game result on the basis of a player's internet disconnection alone.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game result, jjj7 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are void. jjj7's decision regarding malfunctions is final and binding.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjj7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, access game outcomes, or otherwise interact with the jjj7 platform in a manner not intended for human users
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or jjj7 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain; any such vulnerabilities must be reported immediately to jjj7's support team
• Registering with false personal information, including use of another person's identity or payment methods without their explicit authorization
• Using the jjj7 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-charge, chargeback, or dispute legitimate jjj7 transactions with your payment provider without first raising a dispute with jjj7's support team
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jjj7 staff or other players via any communication channel

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjj7 platform, including but not limited to the jjj7 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials (collectively, "jjj7 Content"), is the exclusive property of jjj7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jjj7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jjj7 Content without the prior written consent of jjj7.

Any unauthorized use of jjj7 Content may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

jjj7's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the jjj7 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jjj7, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jjj7 implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS 1.3 SSL encryption on all data transmissions, to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and jjj7 cannot guarantee absolute security.

jjj7 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the Service (e.g., payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services), as required by applicable Philippine law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jjj7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use jjj7 services.

jjj7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jjj7 Service, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjj7 account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jjj7 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. jjj7 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods, third-party provider outages, or events beyond jjj7's reasonable control (force majeure).

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jjj7 account at any time by contacting the jjj7 support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by jjj7

jjj7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if jjj7 reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration information
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• The Player is under 21 years of age
• Continuation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to jjj7

In cases of termination for cause, jjj7 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is ultimately established, any legitimately accrued real-money balance will be returned to the Player.

13 Amendments to Terms

jjj7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jjj7 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the jjj7 platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any changes to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the jjj7 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1. Continued use of jjj7 services following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the jjj7 Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jjj7's support team. jjj7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jjj7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other proprietary interests.
